I recommend using a 45 x 45cm cushion insert (some 50x50cm inserts may fit for a nice plump cushion) which can be purchased from places such as Spotlight, Ikea, BigW, Kmart, Target etc. or simply re-use an old cushion at home, OR if you really want to minimise your impact, you could use strips of old fabric/clothing/bedding to fill.
