• Spray to your abdomen, soles of your feet, and other affected areas.
• Massage and apply our Meo heat pack for best results.
• Do not apply to broken or freshly shaved skin.

HOW LONG DO I LEAVE IT FOR? 

For maximum absorption, we recommend a minimum of 20 mins.

If you're not a fan of the salty residue after applying, it's not a problem to wash it off after your 20 minutes is over.

WHY DOES IT ITCH/TINGLE MY SKIN?
