SHIPPING/LOCAL DELIVERY

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free delivery within the Port and South Hedland area unless advised at the top of our website (e.g. away on holidays) and excluding weekends/public holidays.

Local Hedland delivery days Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Sundays orders made by 2:00pm if fall on these days) unless advised at the top of our website

We ask that someone please be home at the time of delivery as a large number of our products are recommended to be kept in a cool/dry place and we know with the Pilbara heat that is impossible outside. Alternatively we recommend having your order delivered to a business address or different address to your home. If you wish you leave an esky or something similar out if there’s no alternative.

Should no one be home and no alternative address/esky provided your order will be left in a safe place. Amira & Co remains exempt from any damage or loss arising from a order being left unattended.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF SOUTH/PORT HEDLAND

Shipping elsewhere in Australia is at a flat rate of $12.50 for standard delivery (Total Weight 0kg-5kg) via Australia Post. Items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of payment. If you require express shipping we offer this for $16.50 (Total weight 0kg-5kg). Transit time can range depending upon your location in Australia. Please note, we ship from Port Hedland, WA and delays may occur beyond our control due to our location. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time. 

Please note large orders or heavy items over 5kg, additional costs may apply. You'll be contacted by Amira & Co before processing your order to discuss options if this is the case.
