Dress Hire Policy

DRESS HIRE POLICY 

1.Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings must be made in advanced and confirmed with full payment of the rental fee.

2.Rental Period

2.1 The standard rental period is 3-5 days. Extensions must be requested and approved prior to the return date and may incur additional charges.

2.2 Dresses must be returned by the agreed return date. Late returns will be charged at a daily rate of $50.

3.Collection and Return 

3.1 Dresses can be collected from our location which will be sent via email confirmation.

3.2 Customers are responsible for returning dresses by agreed return date and in condition it was received. 

4.Condition and Care

4.1 Dresses must be returned to their original condition, excluding normal wear.

4.2 Any damages, including but not limited to stains, tears, or missing embellishments, will result in a repair or replacement of the costs will be charged to the customer. 

4.3 By selecting accidental damage protection this will cover you for tears, stains or missing embellishments. If item/s are damage beyond repair you will be charged full RRP.

4.4 Customers are not permitted to alter, dye, or make permanent changes to the dress.

5. Cleaning

5.1 All dresses are cleaned and sanitized before each hire. 

5.2 Customers are not required to clean the dress before returning it unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellations made after this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.

6.2 In the event of a no-show, the rental fee in non-refundable.

7. Liability 

7.1 The customer assumes full responsibility for the dress from the time it is collected or delivered until it is returned. 

7.2 The service provider is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred while using the dress.

8. Ownership

8.1 All dresses remain at the property of Amira & Co 

8.2 Dresses must not be sold, altered, or used for purposes outside the agreed rental terms.

9. Hygiene and Fittings

9.1 Customers are encouraged to try on dresses before hiring to ensure proper fit. Exchanges for sizing or change of outfit may be possible, subject to availability.

9.2 All dresses are cleaned and inspected to meet hygiene standards before each hire. 

10. Agreement

By hiring a dress from Amira & Co, the customer agrees to abide by the terms of this policy. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or legal action if necessary.
