METHOD

Single Tea Tubes at your choice of flavour. Glass test tube with organic teas and hand-blended herbals | Approx 5 cups per tube.

Rose Petal: Helping to calm the mind and body, rose petal can lift the mood and promote restful sleep.

Measure 1/2 – 1 teaspoon per cup into either a teapot or infuser cup.

Add boiling water 100˚C. Brew for 3-5 minutes.
