  1. Empty

    Discard unwanted milk.

  2. Pre-Clean

    Add cold water, shake for 15 seconds, and discard.

  3. Add Hydrogen Peroxide

    Pour 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) into the milk warmer. Put the lid back on both the Hydrogen Peroxide bottle and the milk warmer.

  4. Shake and wait

    Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then let it sit for at least 5 minutes (longer if possible).

  5. Discard and rinse (optional)

    Remove liquid, rinse with water if desired.

  6. Air dry

    Place upside down to air dry completely before use.
